At the time of my BMW car insurance renewal one stranger named Mr. Illiyaraja texted me through WhatsApp and given me a quote I’m really surprised with the price which he have given compared to other quote given by really. I doubted initially how it is possible with this unbelievable price. He assured and promised me about after sales services. After so many discussions, I took the risk to go with Insuron with my gut feel this time with a new strange agent out side showroom as first time. Unfortunately I need a situation to claim the insurance few days back just I called Mr. Illiyaraja about the damages in few minutes one of his personal from insuron called me and created a WhatsApp group and send to make some documents filled to be submitted in the showroom in few minutes documents were done by my office staffs and car and documents were handed over to an service executive in the showroom. And that Service executive also were asked by insuron and added in the group thats all. Rest they did it and I’m out of country for 11 days car is ready for delivery with just a handling charge of Rs.2000/- paid and car delivered. What insuron has committed is 100% proved by their service. So you can buy any insurance with them closing your eyes. Truly Excellent. 🙏

My Audi Q7 met with an unfortunate accident over the last month. Mr. Ilayaraja and his Team were extremely helpful in managing a stressful situation by handling the insurance claim and conducting regular follow-ups with the service centres while give us constant updates and ensured the parts arrived on time and also took care of all paperwork pertaining to the claim. All we had to do was a simple car drop off after the dreadful incident and picked it back up from the service centre in a showroom-like condition. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.
